I have been training with Sarah to regain my fitness and burn off the pounds. She really motivates me to increase my activity and its definitely starting to show! Sarah is dedicated to help me reach my goal. Our sessions fly by even though they are hard, Sarah still makes them enjoyable.
I have recently started doing 1-2-1 sessions with Sarah and I am really happy. I used to be fairly fit but now aged 63 and having led a too sedentary a life I was looking for someone to get me back on track. Sarah has a great set up with some very good equipment but it's really Sarah's attitude and personality that make it such a great session. She obviously knows what she is talking about and is able to really motivate you. Can't recommend her more highly.
