I am a passionate, enthusiastic and knowledgeable level 3 Personal Trainer. A love of all sports since childhood has given me the opportunites to participate in all training disciplines, be it for fun or county level. Being described as an "All Rounder" due to my varied training approaches, has enabled me to adjust my training throughout life. A love of trying new approaches and on going learning to enhance my knowledge and resources gives me the ability to bring out the best of anyone with regards to fitness.
